Об'єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є впровадження підходів та методів креативного менеджменту в систему управління розвитком організації. Предметом дослідження є концепції та інструменти креативного менеджменту, що використовуються для забезпечення сталого розвитку організацій. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в систематизації методичних підходів і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління на підприємстві в напрямі застосування комплексної синергетичної моделі креативного менеджменту, що сприятиме активізації розвитку підприємства навіть у кризових ситуаціях. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі розглядаються поняття та сутність процесу розвитку організації, сучасні підходи до управління розвитком організації, сутність креативного менеджменту та його роль в розвитку організації. У другому розділі наводиться аналіз діяльності ТОВ «Сингента» та рівня його розвитку, передумови формування креативного середовища в ТОВ «Сингента», обґрунтовуються рекомендації щодо стимулювання творчості працівників на різних етапах розвитку організації. Висновки містять узагальнення щодо сутності креативного менеджменту та його роді в забезпеченні розвитку організації, а також обгрунтовуються пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи менеджменту в ТОВ «Сингента» у напрямі застосування комплексної синергетичної моделі креативного менеджменту The main purpose of the qualification work is the theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of practical recommendations for the implementation of creative management tools in the organisation's development management system. The object of research of the qualification work is the implementation of approaches and methods of creative management in the system of organisational development management. The subject of the study is the concepts and tools of creative management used to ensure the sustainable development of organisations. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is the systematisation of methodological approaches and the development of practical recommendations for improving the management system at the enterprise in the direction of applying a comprehensive synergistic model of creative management, which will help to intensify the development of the enterprise even in crisis situations. The qualification work: The first chapter discusses the concept and essence of the organisation development process, modern approaches to managing the development of an organisation, the essence of creative management and its role in the development of an organisation. The second section analyses the activities of Syngenta LLC and the level of its development, the prerequisites for the formation of a creative environment in Syngenta LLC, and substantiates recommendations for stimulating the creativity of employees at different stages of the organisation's development.
