Тож прибуток стає об’єктом першочергової уваги в процесі ведення господарської діяльності. В роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління процесом формування прибутку на підприємстві, проведено аналіз прибутку підприємства як інформаційне забезпечення оптимізації управління прибутком підприємством, а також визначено основні шляхи підвищення прибутку досліджуваного підприємства на основі оптимізації структри витрат. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять підприємствам самостійно визначати основні шляхи зниження витрат виробництва; проводити факторний аналіз окремих елементів витрат виробництва та реалізації продукції; здійснювати оцінку впливу структури витрат на результати діяльності підприємства. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації спрямовані на процес формування механізму управління прибутком суб’єкта господарювання. It is the profit that enables the entrepreneur to reinvest funds in expanding the business, increasing its value and ensuring financial stability in the long term. Therefore, profit becomes the object of primary attention in the process of conducting economic activity. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of managing the process of profit formation at the company, analyzes the company's profit as an information support for the optimization of the company's profit management, and also determines the main ways of increasing the profit of the company under study based on the optimization of the cost structure. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow enterprises to independently determine the main ways of reducing production costs; conduct a factor analysis of individual elements of costs of production and sale of products; evaluate the impact of the cost structure on the company's performance.
