Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування, удосконалення та розвитку організаційного дизайну компанії. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до удосконалення та розвитку організаційного дизайну Компанії «Нова Пошта». У кваліфікаційній магістерській роботі: У першому розділі вивчено сутність поняття «організаційний дизайн», охарактеризовано його параметри; досліджено наукові та практичні підходи до організаційного дизайну у стратегічному управлінні підприємствами. У другому розділі сформовано організаційно-економічну характеристику Компанії «Нова Пошта»; проаналізовано організаційний дизайн Компанії «Нова Пошта». У третьому розділі в якості напрямів удосконалення організаційного дизайну Компанії «Нова Пошта» визначено та обґрунтовано міжнародний розвиток та управління розробкою та впровадженням інновацій. The main goal of the qualification (master's) thesis is the development of theoretical and practical provisions on improving the organizational design of the company. The object of the study is the process of formation, improvement and development of the company's organizational design. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to the improvement and development of the organizational design of the Nova Poshta Company. In the qualifying master's thesis: In the first chapter, the essence of the concept of "organizational design" are studied, its parameters are characterized; researched scientific and practical approaches to organizational design in strategic enterprise management. In the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the "Nova Poshta" Company are formed; the organizational design of the "Nova Poshta" Company are analyzed.
