Встановлено, що основними цілями стратегічного управління є підвищення ефективності та розвиток діяльності аграрного підприємства, збільшення частки доходу аграрних підприємств у бюджеті області та забезпечення продовольчої безпеки. Дослідження показало, що реалізація цих цілей сприятиме збалансованому використанню ресурсів та отриманню конкурентоздатної продукції. Крім того, своєчасний та об'єктивний контроль дозволить підвищити ефективність запланованих заходів. Такий підхід гарантує успішний розвиток аграрного підприємства та сприяє його конкурентоспроможності на ринку. In the qualification work, the concept of strategic development of the agricultural enterprise was developed, which is based on the development of strategy and tactics of behavior on the market. It was established that the main goals of strategic management are to increase the efficiency and development of agricultural enterprises, increase the share of income of agricultural enterprises in the regional budget and ensure food security. The study showed that the implementation of these goals will contribute to the balanced use of resources and the production of competitive products. In addition, timely and objective control will increase the effectiveness of the planned measures.
