Об’єктом дослідження є процес консалтингового забезпечення публічного управління. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до консалтингового забезпечення публічного управління територіальними громадами. У кваліфікаційній магістерській роботі: У першому розділі вивчено сутність поняття «консалтинг» за науковими підходами українських та закордонних вчених; вивчено сутність та особливості консалтингу в публічному управлінні; досліджено організаційно-правові підходи до створення Центру надання адміністративних послуг (ЦНАП) в Україні. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан мережі ЦНАП у територіальних громадах України; проведено аналіз публічного управління Ладанської територіальної громади та консалтингової діяльності ЦНАП. У третьому розділі визначено напрями удосконалення консалтингового забезпечення діяльності мережі ЦНАП в Україні; розроблено шляхи удосконалення консалтингового забезпечення публічного управління Ладанської територіальної громади. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the development of theoretical and practical provisions regarding the improvement of consulting provision of public administration. The object of the study is the process of consulting provision of public administration. The subject of the research is theoretical and practical approaches to consulting provision of public management of territorial communities. In the qualifying master's thesis: In the first chapter, the essence of the concept of "consulting" is studied according to the scientific approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists; the essence and features of consulting in public administration are studied; organizational and legal approaches to the creation of the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (CPAS) in Ukraine are investigated. In the second section, the state of the network of CPAS in the territorial communities of Ukraine is analyzed; an analysis of the public administration of the Ladansk Territorial Community and the consulting activities of the CPAS are carried out. In the third section, directions for improving consulting support for the activities of the CPAS network in Ukraine are defined; ways of improving the consulting provision of public management of the Ladansk Territorial Community are developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
