Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління ефективністю виробництва продукції рослинництва у ДП «ДГ «Елітне» ІР НААН України» Харківського району Харківської області. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів управління ефективністю виробництва продукції рослинництва у ДП «ДГ «Елітне» ІР НААН України» Харківського району Харківської області. Практична значущість одержаних результатів полягає у аналізі організаційно-економічного стану і ефективності використання ресурсів у ДП «ДГ «Елітне» ІР НААН» Харківського району Харківської області; визначенні ефективності виробництва продукції рослинництва у підприємстві; розробці шляхів удосконалення управління ефективністю виробництва продукції рослинництва у досліджуваному підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні авторського підходу щодо управління ефективністю виробництва продукції рослинництва у ДП «ДГ «Елітне» ІР НААН України» Харківського району Харківської області. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи узагальнено теоретичні аспекти щодо сутності ефективності аграрного виробництва; обґрунтованокритерії, показники і фактори оцінки ефективності аграрного виробництва; охарактеризовано сутність і заходи з управління ефективністю виробництва продукції рослинництва. У другому розділі проаналізовано організаційно-економічний стан і ефективність використання ресурсів у ДП «ДГ «Елітне» ІР НААН» Харківського району Харківської області; визначено і проаналізовано ефективність виробництва продукції рослинництва у підприємстві; розроблено і запропоновано шляхи удосконалення управління ефективністю виробництва продукції рослинництва у досліджуваному підприємстві. The purpose of the research conducted in the qualification work is to master the system of theoretical knowledge regarding the essence of managing the efficiency of crop production and developing practical recommendations for its improvement in a specific agricultural enterprise. The object of the study is the process of managing the efficiency of the production of plant products in the SE "Elite" IR of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" of the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of managing the efficiency of production of crop production in the SE "Elitne State Enterprise of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" of the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the analysis of the organizational and economic state and the efficiency of the use of resources in the SE "DG "Elitne" IR NAAS" of the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region; determination of the efficiency of the production of crop products in the enterprise; development of ways to improve the management of plant production efficiency in the enterprise under study. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the substantiation of the author's approach to managing the efficiency of production of crop production in the SE "Elitne State Enterprise of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" of the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region. The first section of the qualification paper summarizes the theoretical aspects regarding the essence of agricultural production efficiency; the criteria, indicators and factors for evaluating the efficiency of agricultural production are substantiated; the essence and measures for managing the efficiency of crop production are characterized. In the second section, the organizational and economic condition and efficiency of resource use in the State Enterprise "Elite" IR NAAS" of the Kharkiv district of the Kharkiv region were analysed; the efficiency of production of crop products at the enterprise was determined and analysed; developed and proposed ways of improving the management of the efficiency of the production of plant products in the investigated enterprise. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
