Метою роботи є узагальнення теоретичних питань та обґрунтування методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо формування антикризової програми підприємства. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є процес управління підприємством. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні засади та практичний інструментарій формування антикризової програми підприємства. У роботі наведено результати аналізу сутнісних характеристик та засад формування антикризової програми підприємства; наведено методичний інструментарій для діагностики локальних криз за сферами діяльності підприємства на формування на цій основі антикризової програми підприємства. Обґрунтований методичний інструментарій для оцінювання рівня локальних криз може бути використаний на підприємстві для визначення ключових напрямів формування його антикризової програми. During operation, enterprises face risks, the prevention of which and the reduction of negative consequences are connected with the formation of their anti-crisis program. The purpose of the work is to generalize theoretical issues and substantiate methodological and practical recommendations regarding the formation of the company's anti-crisis program. The object of the qualification work is the enterprise management process. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical tools for forming the company's anti-crisis program. The work presents the results of the analysis of the essential characteristics and principles of the formation of the company's anti-crisis program; a methodical toolkit for diagnosing local crises according to the spheres of the enterprise's activity is given for the formation of the enterprise's anti-crisis program on this basis. A well-founded methodological toolkit for assessing the level of local crises can be used at the enterprise to determine the key directions of the formation of its anti-crisis program popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
