Об’єкт дослідження - це процеси забезпечення ефективної системи управління діяльністю інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів забезпечення формування системи управління інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у власному визначенні категорії «система» та синтезу сутності дефініції «система управління інноваційно орієнтованим розвитком підприємств», на основі проведених досліджень систематизовано завдання та результати інноваційної діяльності суб’єкта господарювання, узагальнено підходи до трактування поняття «інноваційний процес», складено алгоритм реалізації інноваційного процесу, запропоновано в якості удосконалення системи управління досліджуваного підприємства запровадження системи управління знаннями The main purpose of the qualification work is analysis of the state and provision of proposals for improving the management system of an innovatively oriented enterprise. The object of research is processes of ensuring an effective management system for the activities of an innovatively oriented enterprise. The subject of research is a set of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of ensuring the formation of the management system of an innovatively oriented enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results consists in the self-definition of the category “system” and the synthesis of the essence of the definition “system of management of innovation-oriented development of enterprises”, based on the conducted research, the tasks and results of the innovative activity of the business entity were systematized, the approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “innovation process” were generalized, an algorithm for the implementation of the innovation process was drawn up, and the introduction of a knowledge management system was proposed as an improvement of the management system of the investigated enterprise. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
