Розглянуті стенди для промивання форсунок, що є у продажу, проведено порівняльну оцінку сукупності їх характеристик методом побудови циклограм. На основі аналізу аналогів у конструкторській частині розроблено конструкція стенда для перевірки форсунок дизельних автомобілів. Розроблено послідовність проведення технологічного процесу, перевірки та промивання форсунок за допомогою спроектованого технологічного обладнання, на підставі якої складена докладна технологічна карта процесу. Здійснено аналіз шкідливих та небезпечних виробничих факторів на ділянці, визначено заходи щодо боротьби з ними, опрацьовані питання техніки безпеки, перераховано комплекс заходів щодо зниження негативного впливу на навколишнє середовище. The paper describes the fuel department, indicating the list of works performed, the work schedule, qualifications and number of performers, and the arrangement of technological equipment. The commercially available injector flushing stands are considered, and a comparative assessment of their characteristics is carried out by the method of constructing cyclograms. Based on the analysis of analogues in the design part, the design of a stand for testing injectors of passenger cars has been developed. The sequence of the technological process, checking and washing of injectors with the help of the designed technological equipment has been developed, on the basis of which a detailed technological process map has been drawn up.
