Об'єктом дослідження є процеси командної роботи на підприємствах. Предмет дослідження - є методи та підходи до організації та управління командною роботою, а також їхній вплив на конкурентоспроможність підприємства. Наукова новизна даного дослідження полягає у визначенні та обґрунтуванні ключових аспектів ефективної командної роботи, які сприяють підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Удосконалено ключові фактори, що впливають на ефективність командної роботи, такі як структура команди, ролі її членів, рівень мотивації, комунікації та координації. В кваліфікаційні (магістерській) роботі було встановлено, основні поняття та сутність командної роботи і її значення для підвищення конкурентоспроможності піжприємства. Також були розглянуті найкращі практики командної роботи і на їх основі були визначені основні фактори які впливають на ефективну командну роботу. Було запропоновано високопродуктивну організацію робочого місця, як методу забезпечення ефективної командної роботи, а також нові HR-підходи в командній роботі. А також представлені стратегії формування ефективної командної роботи, застосування яких дозволить підприємству отримувати конкурентні переваги. The purpose of the study is to study the impact of effective teamwork on increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and to develop recommendations for optimizing team interaction to ensure sustainable development and growth of the organization. The object of research is teamwork processes at enterprises. The subject of the study is methods and approaches to the organization and management of teamwork, as well as their impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise The scientific novelty of this research consists in defining and substantiating the key aspects of effective teamwork, which contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. Improved key factors affecting teamwork effectiveness, such as team structure, team member roles, motivation, communication and coordination levels. In the qualification (master's) thesis, the main concepts and essence of teamwork and its importance for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise were established. Also, the best practices of teamwork were considered and based on them, the main factors affecting effective teamwork were determined. Highly productive organization of the workplace was proposed as a method of ensuring effective teamwork, as well as new HR approaches in teamwork.
