Проаналізовано діючі процеси виготовлення. Запропоновано і розраховано технологічне оснащення. Визначено економічну ефективність заготівельного виробництва. Розраховано освітлення. Запропоновано заходи щодо охорони праці та навколишнього середовища. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the development of a unit repair and refurbishment process. The project of the aggregate repair and refurbishment process is presented, using the example of the water pump of the YAMZ-236 engine and the service purpose of the unit. An analysis of the accuracy parameters of parts is carried out. The constructional materials for manufacturing are characterised. The type of production is determined. Testing for manufacturability was carried out. The existing manufacturing processes are analysed. Technological equipment is proposed and calculated.
