Об’єкт дослідження: соціально-педагогічний супровід безробітних осіб у центрах зайнятості. Предмет дослідження: особливості організації соціально-педагогічного супроводу безробітних осіб в умовах центрів зайнятості. Методи дослідження: теоретичні – аналіз соціологічних, психологічних, педагогічних, соціально-педагогічних, юридичних наукових джерел для з’ясування стану розробленості проблеми дослідження й уточнення його поняттєво-категоріального апарату; емпіричні – контент-аналіз звітів та офіційних сайтів центрів зайнятості, анкетування, інтерв’ю. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає в розвитку наукових підходів до дослідження соціально-педагогічного супроводу безробітних осіб, зокрема в контексті роботи центрів зайнятості. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що його результати можуть бути використані для вдосконалення системи соціально-педагогічного супроводу безробітних осіб в центрах зайнятості. Рекомендації, розроблені в ході дослідження, можуть бути впроваджені в практику роботи з безробітними для підвищення ефективності їх адаптації на ринку праці, мотивації до праці та соціальної інтеграції. EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, findings, a list of references (53 items), 4 appendixes on 14 pages. The qualification work volume is 109 pages, 82 of them – main text. The purpose of the study: to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the organization and effectiveness of socio-pedagogical support for unemployed persons in employment centers, to identify the problems and needs of this category of persons, and to develop recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the work of employment centers with unemployed persons. Object of the study: socio-pedagogical support for unemployed persons in employment centers. Subject of the study: features of the organization of socio-pedagogical support for unemployed persons in employment centers. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to analyze the essence and structure of socio-pedagogical support; 2) consider the methods and forms of socio-pedagogical work with unemployed persons; 3) to clarify the role of employment centers in the socio-pedagogical support of unemployed people; 4) to study the specifics of organizing socio-pedagogical support of unemployed persons in the Zaporizhia Regional Employment Center; 5) to assess the effectiveness of socio-pedagogical support of unemployed persons in employment centers; 6) to develop recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of employment centers' work with unemployed persons. Research methods: analysis of sociological, psychological, pedagogical, socio- pedagogical, and legal scientific sources to clarify the state of development of the research problem and clarify its conceptual and categorical apparatus; content analysis of reports and official websites of employment centers, questionnaires, interviews. The section 1 “Theoretical foundations of socio-pedagogical support for unemployed people in employment centers” the essence and structure of socio pedagogical support are considered, methods and forms of socio-pedagogical work with unemployed persons are highlighted, the role of employment centers in the socio-pedagogical support of unemployed people has been identified. The section 2 “Experimental study of socio-pedagogical support of unemployed people in employment centers” The specifics of organizing social and pedagogical support for the unemployed in the Zaporizhia Regional Employment Center were considered, the effectiveness of social and pedagogical support for the unemployed in employment centers was experimentally investigated, and recommendations were given to improve the efficiency of the work of employment centers with the unemployed. The practical significance of the study is that its results can be used to improve the system of socio-pedagogical support for unemployed people in employment centers.
