Метою роботи є комплексний аналіз теоретичних аспектів концепції конкурентоспроможності організації в умовах сучасних викликів, виявлення найбільш значущих факторів впливу на формування довгострокових конкурентних переваг ТОВ «КАРГО КАРІЄР». Для вирішення завдань дослідження застосовано такі загальнонаукові методи: теоретичне узагальнення; групування, систематизація та системний підхід; статистичний аналіз; аналіз і синтез; індукція та дедукція. В результаті проведеного дослідження запропоновано ряд заходів щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності автотранспортного підприємстіва. На основі аналізу теоретичних підходів до управління конкурентоспроможністю та оцінки конкурентоспроможності отримано пропозиції щодо впровадження ряду заходів для утримання наявних конкурентних переваг ТОВ «КАРГО КАРІЄР». Це дозволяє оптимізувати управлінські практики, забезпечити підвищення конкурентоспроможності автотранспортного підприємства та сприяє процесу цифровізації його логістичної діяльності. The object of the qualification work is the competitiveness management system of a logistics enterprise, taking into account the assessment of the effectiveness of its implementation. The subject of the study is the system of economic activity of the logistics company LLC "CARGO KARIER". The purpose of the work is a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical aspects of the concept of organizational competitiveness in the face of modern challenges, identifying the most significant factors influencing the formation of long-term competitive advantages of LLC "CARGO KARIER". To solve the research tasks, the following general scientific methods were used: theoretical generalization; grouping, systematization and systemic approach; statistical analysis; analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction. As a result of the study, a number of measures were proposed to increase the competitiveness of the motor transport enterprise. Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches to competitiveness management and competitiveness assessment, proposals were received for the implementation of a number of measures to maintain the existing competitive advantages of LLC "CARGO KARIER".
