Предмет дослідження: сучасні методи і засоби інтегрованого контролю шкідників у харчовій промисловості, їхня ефективність, екологічна безпечність, частота використання. Методи досліджень: аналіз літературних джерел, опис, узагальнення, пояснення, пізнання. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка екологічно обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо ІКШ на підприємствах ХП міста Києва. Теоретично та експериментально визначено: забезпечення ефективного та екологічно безпечного контролю шкідників у харчовій промисловості є важливою частиною гарантування безпечності харчових продуктів і зниження негативного впливу на довкілля. Інтегрований контроль шкідників відіграє ключову роль у розв’язанні цієї проблеми, поєднуючи моніторинг, превентивні заходи, раціональне застосування пестицидів з метою підвищення рівня біобезпеки виробництв. EN : In the work 54 pages, 4 tables, 2 pictures and 4 attachments, were used 75 literary sources, including 40 in a foreign language. The object of the research is the activities of food industry enterprises. The subject of the study is modern methods and tools of integrated pest management in the food industry, their effectiveness, environmental safety, and frequency of use. Research methods include analysis of literary sources, description, generalization, explanation, cognition. The purpose of the qualification work is the development of environmentally sound recommendations for integrated pest management (IPM) at food industry enterprises in the city of Kyiv. Theoretically and experimentally determined: ensuring effective and environmentally safe pest control in the food industry is a crucial component of guaranteeing food safety and minimizing negative environmental impact.
