Об'єктом дослідження є Приватне акціонерне товариство «Карлсберг Україна» (ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна»). Предметом дослідження є ефективність технологічних процесів очищення висококонцентрованих стічних вод пивоварного виробництва. Методи досліджень: аналіз і синтез, порівняння, документальний аналіз, лабораторний експеримент, статистичний аналіз. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є проведення комплексної еколого-технологічної оцінки ефективності локальних очисних споруд ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна». Теоретично та експериментально визначено: 1. Склад неочищених стічних вод ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна». 2. Високу ефективність існуючих ЛОС у видаленні органічних забруднень та відповідність ефлюенту національним нормативам скиду. 3. Технологічний розрив між досягнутою якістю очищеної води та корпоративними вимогами для високоякісного рециклінгу. 4. Проаналізовано стан охорони праці та виявлено ключові ризики пивоварного виробництва, а також запропоновано інженерно-управлінські рекомендації. EN : In the work, there are 73 pages, 10 tables and 52 literary sources were used, 24 of which are in a foreign language . The object of the study is the Private Joint Stock Company «Carlsberg Ukraine». The subject of the study is the effectiveness of technological processes for the purification of highly concentrated wastewater from brewing production. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison, documentary analysis, laboratory experiment and statistical analysis. The purpose of the qualification work is to conduct a comprehensive environmental and technological assessment of the effectiveness of the local treatment facilities of PrJSC «Carlsberg Ukraine». Theoretically and experimentally determined: 1. The composition of untreated wastewater of PrJSC «Carlsberg Ukraine». 2. The high efficiency of the existing LTFs in removing organic pollutants and the compliance of the effluent with national discharge standards. 3. A technological gap between the achieved quality of purified water and the corporate requirements for high-quality recycling . 4.
