Предметом дослідження є процес формування конкурентної стратегії та методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності банківської установи. Метою роботи є виявлення проблем в забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності банку в умовах війни та розробка рекомендацій щодо удосконалення конкурентної стартегії АТ «ПУМБ». Для вирішення завдань дослідження застосовано такі загальнонаукові методи: теоретичне узагальнення; групування, систематизація та системний підхід; статистичний аналіз; аналіз і синтез; індукція та дедукція. В результаті проведеного дослідження сформовано конкурентну стратегію та запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності банку. На основі аналізу теоретичних підходів до управління конкурентоспроможністю та оцінки конкурентоспроможності банку отримано пропозиції щодо впровадження ряду заходів для утримання наявних конкурентних переваг АТ «ПУМБ». Це дозволяє оптимізувати управлінські практики, забезпечити підвищення конкурентоспроможності банку та сприяти реалізації його конкурентної стратегії. The object of the qualification work is the competitiveness management system of JSC "FUIB" bank in the conditions of modern challenges of globalization and full- scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the process of forming a competitive strategy and methods for assessing the competitiveness of a banking institution. The purpose of the work is to identify problems in ensuring the competitiveness of the bank in wartime and develop recommendations for improving the competitive strategy of JSC "FUIB". To solve the research tasks, the following general scientific methods were used: theoretical generalization; grouping, systematization and systemic approach; statistical analysis; analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction. As a result of the study, a competitive strategy was formed and practical recommendations were proposed for increasing the competitiveness of the bank. Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches to competitiveness management and assessment of the bank's competitiveness, proposals were received for the implementation of a number of measures to maintain the existing competitive advantages of JSC "FUIB".
