Актуальність теми полягає у зростаючій необхідності підвищення ефективності логістичних процесів за рахунок впровадження цифрових інструментів. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи оптимізації логістичних процесів в умовах цифрової трансформації. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було оцінено ефективність логістичних операцій у ТОВ «ТК «ТРЕЙДРЕСУРС», проаналізовано рівень цифровізації логістичних процесів, та запропоновано напрями оптимізації логістичних процесів за допомогою цифрових технологій. Впровадження запропонованих заходів забезпечить компанії стабільне зростання, підвищення рентабельності та зміцнення позицій на енергетичному ринку України. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of logistics processes of LLC «TС «TRADERESOURS» through the implementation of digital technologies aimed at optimizing the management of resource flows, information and finances. Research methods - descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, statistical analysis method, grouping and generalization of data, expert assessments. The relevance of the topic lies in the growing need to improve the efficiency of logistics processes through the implementation of digital tools. During the work, the theoretical foundations of optimizing logistics processes in the context of digital transformation were considered. Based on the theoretical material, the efficiency of logistics operations in LLC «TС «TRADERESOURS» was assessed, the level of digitalization of logistics processes was analyzed, and directions for optimizing logistics processes using digital technologies were proposed.
