Реалізація запропонованих заходів забезпечить підприємству підвищення ефективності логістичної системи, скорочення витрат, зміцнення конкурентних позицій і стійкість до зовнішніх викликів. The object of the study is the process of managing logistics costs at the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for minimizing logistics costs in the activities of Shoe Factory MIDA 1992 LLC. Research methods – descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, statistical analysis method, grouping and generalization of data, expert assessments. The relevance of the topic of this work is due to the need to increase the efficiency of logistics processes of enterprises in modern conditions of an unstable economic environment, growth in transport tariffs, fluctuations in exchange rates and the complexity of supply chains. During the work, the theoretical foundations of minimizing logistics costs of the enterprise were considered. Based on the theoretical material, the logistics activities of Shoe Factory MIDA 1992 LLC and the structure of its logistics costs were analyzed, and directions for minimizing logistics costs were proposed.
