Предмет дослідження – процеси, методи, інструменти та механізми формування і реалізації стратегічних планів розвитку підприємства в умовах динамічного ринкового середовища. Мета дослідження – розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи стратегічного планування діяльності АТ «Запорізький завод феросплавів» з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій розвитку промислового виробництва, інноваційних підходів та викликів конкурентного середовища. Актуальність теми зумовлена тим, що сучасні промислові підприємства функціонують у складних умовах економічної нестабільності, зростаючої конкуренції та швидкої технологічної трансформації. В умовах турбулентного ринкового середовища стратегічне планування виступає ключовим інструментом адаптації підприємства до змін, визначення довгострокових цілей і напрямів інноваційного розвитку. АТ «Запорізький завод феросплавів» є одним із провідних виробників металургійної продукції в Україні, тому вдосконалення його системи стратегічного планування має вагоме значення як для самого підприємства, так і для розвитку галузі в цілому. The object of the study is strategic planning of an industrial enterprise, particularly the strategic management system of JSC “Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant.”. The subject of the study is the processes, methods, tools, and mechanisms of forming and implementing strategic development plans under dynamic market conditions. The purpose of the study is o develop practical recommendations for improving the strategic planning system of JSC “Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant,” taking into account modern trends in industrial development, innovative approaches, and competitive challenges. Relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that modern industrial enterprises operate under conditions of economic instability, growing competition, and rapid technological transformation. Ensuring sustainable development and strengthening competitive positions requires a clear strategy based on a comprehensive analysis of internal potential and external opportunities. In a turbulent market environment, strategic planning serves as a key tool for enterprise adaptation, determining long-term goals, and defining the directions of innovative growth. JSC “Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant” is one of the leading metallurgical producers in Ukraine; therefore, improving its strategic planning system is of great importance for enhancing enterprise performance and the overall development of the national metallurgical industry.
