В умовах турбулентного ринкового середовища стратегічне планування виступає ключовим інструментом адаптації підприємства до змін, визначення довгострокових цілей і напрямів інноваційного розвитку. The purpose of the study is o develop practical recommendations for improving the strategic planning system of JSC “Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant,” taking into account modern trends in industrial development, innovative approaches, and competitive challenges. Relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that modern industrial enterprises operate under conditions of economic instability, growing competition, and rapid technological transformation. Ensuring sustainable development and strengthening competitive positions requires a clear strategy based on a comprehensive analysis of internal potential and external opportunities. In a turbulent market environment, strategic planning serves as a key tool for enterprise adaptation, determining long-term goals, and defining the directions of innovative growth.
