The aim of the work - to elaborate scientific basis of conservation and inreachment of biodiversity of regions of Ukraine. The methods of investigations - floral, landscape and biogeographical. The rates of flora of Ukraine impovering are increasing. All biotic-landscape diversity not presented in protective network so it needs optimization. Estimation of biodiversity of regions must be carried out by method of local floras tests of its landscape diversity. Floral impovering takes place due to elimination of rare species. Age structure of their populations and reproductive strategy must be taken into account while renaturalizative measures are elaborated.
