Purpose - to develop a comprehensive treatment, based on the study of the pathogenesis of features, for patients with complicated urogenital chlamydiosis. Methods: Epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, immunological, electron microscopy, statistics. Clinical and epidemiological features of chronic urogenital chlamydial infection were demonstrated for the first time during the study, considering concomitant infection by pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria. The "L-arginine - nitrit oxide" system status in the blood and in the lymphocytes of the patients with chlamydia as the exponent of metabolic disorders was studied for the first time. The state of glycocalyx lymphocytes of patients with chlamydia was studied by determining sorption capacity of glycocalyx to altsyanovoho blue, and the content of sialic and heksuronovyh acids and hexoses. It was shown previously unknown ultrastructural violation of glycocalyx lymphocytes of patients with chlamydial infection and their connection with clinical form of the disease. A method of diagnostic features of urogenital chlamydial infection was developed.
