The purpose of the work is study patterns of formation composition and properties of new functional materials, as well as to improve the technology of their production, welding, connection and processing based on the design elements of engineering structures. Methods for obtaining and examining samples are the methods of magnetron sputtering and vacuum arc deposition, as well as electrospark alloying (ESA). To study the structure and phase state were used X-ray structural analysis and transmission electron microscopy, for the measurement of nanohardness - nanometer, for the determination of thickness - interferometer, surface roughness - atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, chemical composition - energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy opium, for adhesion measurement - scratch tester.
