The contribution of scattering to the formation of the neutron radiography image at different distances between the samples and the H2O water detector was investigated. The development of a software complex that will allow simulation of molybdenum irradiation taking into account the real characteristics of the KUT-30 accelerator beam is considered. The use of technology to reduce simulation time and its verification are considered. During the reporting period, work was continued on determining the isotopic composition of radioactive sources based on their emission spectra using artificial neural networks. To identify nuclides, forward propagation neural networks were investigated. Simulated response functions of the CdZnTe detector to gamma radiation from radioactive sources were used as input data for neural networks. A model of the dynamics of radon distribution in buildings was built. Using the tracer function from the SolidWorks Flow Simulation package, a three-dimensional solid-state model of a living space was created and test calculations of the gas-dynamic characteristics of radon propagation in a living space were carried out. It was considered Nvidia's GPU computing architecture CUDA, which runs on a large number of Nvidia video chips, and improves the GPU programming model by greatly simplifying it and adding a large number of features such as sharable memory, the ability to synchronize threads, calculations with double precision and integer operations, which is relevant when calculating and optimizing the parameters of nuclear-physical installations.
