It is noted that Ukraine occupies a leading position in the world market for the export of oilseed products and their processing. The consequences of the full-scale invasion of the industry of processing seeds of major oilseeds and the main goals for further development are identified. The analysis and assessment of the indicators of the industry of processing sunflower, soybean, rapeseed seeds is carried out. The dynamics of production volumes, exports of sunflower, soybean, rapeseed oils and meals over the past 5 years is presented. The geography of exports of oil and meals from Ukraine is reflected in the context of major importing countries. It is established that despite the difficulties, the Ukrainian oil and fat industry continues to demonstrate resilience and adaptation to new challenges, maintaining its position in the world market.
