With the purpose of investigation of the earth's crust's deep structure the process of magnetic and gravity fields extrapolation has been improved. The technique of complex applying of geologic/geophysical at the base of Khukhrinsk/Chernetchinsk proving ground materials testing is carrying out. Gravity and magnetic sections through the depth of 12 km have been obtained. The map of oil-and-gas worthwhile objects has been constructed. Technique recommendations for the searching's for oil-and-gas objects in the northwestern part of the Ukrainian Shield have been elaborated. Gutter results testifying the high ability of the gravity and magnetic sections (fields) in representation of the earth's crust structure structural/tectonic elements and yield the ability to differentiate crystalline rocks of the basement from the sediment strata
