The conclusions obtained from the analysis can be the basis for establishing a criterion or a set of criteria for choosing scientific partners to create collaborative projects and conduct joint research activities within consortia, scientific communities, etc. It is determined that each of the evaluation systems generates own advantages of certain criteria, defines own weight coefficients, as a result, one and the same object or subject may have different sum of points.
