Розглянуто світовий досвід виходжування новонароджених від дуже ранніх передчасних пологів та можливості його реалізації в Украіни. The monograph provides a comprehensive presentation of the problem of very early premature births – births in less than 28 weeks. The features of the pathogenesis of premature labor activity in these terms are considered, the reasons for the difficulties of its preclinical detection and, therefore, prevention are outlined. An assessment of the effectiveness of traditional methods of preventing premature births in the case of extremely premature pregnancy is provided – progesterone preparations, cerclage, obstetric pessary. The features of managing very early premature births are outlined, especially in view of the viability of an extremely premature newborn. The world experience of nursing newborns from very early premature births and the possibility of its implementation in Ukraine are considered.
