The fee is paid in monetary terms (hryvnias) at the prices of the current year, taking into account the cumulative indexation coefficient reported by the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre in accordance with Article 289 of the Tax Code of Ukraine. The calculation mechanism should be simple so that each entrepreneur can control their calculation and exclude the "human" factor influencing their formation as much as possible.
