The research object:new preparations of fluorchinol number. The research purpose:to work out and introduce into production new preparations of fluorchinol origin for prophylaxis and treatment of obstetrical, gynaecological, gastrointestinal and respiratory diseas in farm animals. There have been worked out medicinal dosages, bactericidal and bacteriostatic actions of the preparations to museum and field strains of microorganisms were determined; there have been also ascertained the preparations stability as well as hematological indices of blood. On the raw materials there were synthesized and worked out experimental batches of dosage forms of the preparations of fluochinol number such as 4% borocyn, ofloxan and metroflok. The preparations correspond to the level of the best home and foreign preparations and they are recommended for wide application in veterinary medicine.
