The received results allow to give new theoretical and practical a substantiation to consideration of problems decisions making decisions and scripts of behaviour in complex socio-economical systems. As one of variants of realization socio-economical models models in a class of cellular automatic devices are considered in connection with multi-agent modeling. Thus such models for the first time are considered in view of properties of a prediction. Cases of display of multiple-valued behaviour of such models are found. Programs movement of pedestrians are created in view of real geometry of constructions and a city infrastructure. Some real problems had been modeled.
