The assumption is made, that it is connected to action " of the civilizing factors - pollution of an atmosphere, food additives, electromagnetic radiation of household devices. In the research work is shown, that in the ecologically polluted areas of Kharkiv the increase of quantity of children with nephropathies is observed, at them metabolic disturbances are heavier, than at living in "clean" areas children. Experimentally is shown, that the food dye Е 102 (tartrasine) at the chronic use causes development of chronic mesangiocapillaris glomerulonephritis and tubulo-interstitialis nephritis with sclerosis and reduction of kidneys function. Intrauterinal beginning of tartrasine consumption causes formation of kidneys dysembriofetogenesis and accelerated development of pathological changes in further ontogenesis. The electromagnetic radiation also negatively works on a fetus with development of kidney dysembriofetogenesis and further reduction of their functions. For preventive maintenance of pathological action of the ecological and food factors the regular use of natural enterosorbents is offered.
