The work purpose: development of calculation models and algorithms for the analysis of fracture processes and durability estimation of solids subjected cyclic loading. On the basis of the theory concepts of cracks initiation and growth, durability establishment of tribo-joint elements under rolling and fretting-fatigue contact interactions conditions. Construction of the integrated equations decisions of elasticity theory contact tasks for bodies with cracks as ways of reception of a quantitative estimation of tribojoint elements durability. Methods of research: approaches of the fatigue fracture mechanics, singular integral equations method for bodies with cracks. The calculation model for research of fracture processes and contact durability estimation of solids subjected cyclic contact interaction has been proposed; this model has been applied to two types of solids fatigue contact interaction: rolling and fretting-fatigue. The reasons and laws of formation of rolling bodies typical damages (pitting, spalling, "squat", cracking, checks, etc) are established. The applicability of the fracture mechanics concepts to the analysis of the fracture and wear process of elements of moved and unmoved joints and their contact durability prediction have been shown.
