It is received the general formula for distribution of electronic density for model of semiinfinite jellium taking into account exchange-correlation effects. It is shown, that the effective potential between electronic interaction for which the integrated equation is received is the key characteristic for calculation of distribution of electronic density in this model. Numerical calculation of effective potential of electron-ionic interaction taking into account the local field correction is carried out and its behaviour is investigated.
