The methods of synthesis and analytical control are developed, influence of temperature on speed of reaction and output products is studied. The optimum terms of synthesis are set and the laboratory standards of 2,5-dimethyl- and 2,5-diethyl-3,4-dihydro-2Н-pyran-2-carboxylic acids and their sodium salts and 2,5-dimethyl- and 2,5-diethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-methanols are got on the Cannizzaro reaction. The structures of the synthesized matters are confirm by the IR- and NMR-spectroscopies methods. It was set by the single-crystal X-ray method, that a molecule of 2,5-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2Н-pyran-2-carboxylic acid is as an armchair of endo-diasteromer. Character of placing of peaks on the diffractograms of X-ray analysis of sodium salts powders of 2,5-dimethyl- and 2,5-diethyl-3,4-dihydro-2Н-pyran-2-carboxylic acids and their intensity specifies that they are isostructuric and have a similar molecular structure. It is set that the a-alkylacrolein dimers and their alcoholic derivatives have high biological ability, which will allow to use them for obtaining new national veterinary drugs.
