The classification of different types of consultations of surgical patients along with the describing of intraoperative consultations performed with the usage of dynamic laparoscopic images have been grounded. Proper types of informational-metodical documents, which were aimed for the maintenance and restriction of consultations of surgical patients, have been worked out and implemented into practice. Demands to multiwindows support of different types of consultations of surgical patients have been defined and implemented into practical work. The informative indices of laparoscopic images and their relative contribution to faulse diagnostics were described in the course of miniinvasive interventions. The methodics on intraoperative diagnostics which was based on technical characteristics of laparoscopic images was presented. The improvement of postoperative rehabilitation of patients who were consulted in accordance to both planned and urgent paradigms after telemedical consultations have been proved.
