The purpose of this study is to establish relationships between the isotopic structure of water samples and physico-chemical parameters and their influence on formation of cluster structures in water. Research methods: low-angle laser light scattering, viscometry, stalagmometry, pycnometry, ultrasonic treatment, ultrafiltration. Theoretical and practical results: deuterium role at formation of giant clusters was established; viscosity, surface tension and density of water with different content of deuterium are defined; sizes and concentration of clusters are quantitatively calculated; influence of temperature, irradiation, ultrafiltration separation on the properties and structure of water is shown. The novelty of work: for the first time properties and structure of deuterium-depleted water under the influence of physical and chemical factors are defined.
