Aim - to establish the clinical course of asthma in children depending on polymorphism gene associations, characteristics of somatotype and efficiency of treatment. Methods - clinical, questionnaires, functional, immunological, statistics. Boys are most аmong patients with asthma (65,0 %). Patients of 6-11 years age recorded in the age aspect of the greatest prevalence of asthma (45,8%). 70,8 % of patients have moderate and 9,2 % - severe persistent disease. 42,5 % of patients have not well-controlled of asthma, 50,8 % - uncontrolled. 81,9 % patients with severe disease have disharmonious development (macro- and microsomale somatotypes). In 88,3 % of patients have predominate stress and poor adaptation of processes. 18,2 % of patients have failure of adaptation in severe asthma. Immunological features characteristic of asthma was established for varying severity of the disease, which will allow to predict the course of a pathological condition.
