Purpose - to increase the wear resistance of the details of their renovation during operation using the new process equipment and process to ensure supplies and minimize the possibility of adjusting the metal structure and uniform distribution of the alloying components. Methods of researches - in research are widely used modern methods of analysis of the structure, mechanical and performance properties of the coatings. For this purpose metallographic, microprobe analyzes, evaluation of hardness, microhardness, strength of adhesion of the coating to the substrate, the wear resistance was evaluated, the effect of heat treatment (high-temperature tempering). Scientific novelty of the development is to provide a method for determining the parameters and make the powder composition, which ensures the formation of a uniform structure and properties of reduced surfacing worn layer. Metallographic studies have shown that in the weld wire H-30KhGSA layer structure is an upper bainite with coarse ferritic needles, and - the same wire with the addition of powder PG-10N-01 formed martensite, retained austenite and carbides. Due to this increased microhardness and hardness of the deposited layer is 1.8 and 2.0 times, respectively. Surfacing wire Hn 30KhGSA with the introduction of the alloying powder based on nickel PG-10H-01 enhances the wear resistance by forming carbide, martensitic structure and depending on the friction in an oil environment is increased 2 times, in an abrasive - 2.35 times. Microprobe analysis confirmed the diffusion of alloying elements (Cr, Ni) in the heat affected zone during the introduction of the powder surfacing with PG-10H-01, which provides high wear resistance coating and, if necessary, the use of such transition zones in operation.
