An analogue of Bianchi type IX cosmological model is studied. Within a hydrodynamical model of homogeneous isotropic universe with barotropic equation of state a method is proposed for a qualitative investigation and classification of cosmological scenarios. An approximate formula for the time delay of the critical image of a point source near the cusp of the gravitational-lens system caustic is derived. On the basis of the RFGS catalog samples are compiled of ultraflat disk galaxies; and a comparison with objects of all RFGS is fulfilled. We obtained estimates of radiation of galaxies with active star formation in ultraviolet bands and in the H-alpha line. The results of observational data processing are presented for peculiar active galactic nuclei on account of SWIFT / BAT, RXTE data in the X-ray and soft gamma-ray ranges. We analyzed the CR interactions with the atmosphere, as well as issues of regular monitoring of atmospheric transparency. The data spectro-polarimetric original observations are obtained to study the solar magnetic fields in the solar sporadic formations with different energy budget; new data samples have been formed using observations GAO NASU and space observatory Hinode. The results are of interest for extragalactic astronomy, astrophysics and cosmology, the physics of the Sun and the Earth's atmosphere; they are introduced into the educational process and are used in the astronomical special courses.
