The frequency of erosion of the cervix in women with chronic inflammatory diseases of the reproductive organs was clarified. The state of microbiocenosis of urogenital organs in women with cervical erosion on the background of chronic inflammatory diseases of genital organs in women of fertile age was investigated. Through the study of histological, cytological and immunohistochemical and colposcopic methods, the diagnosis of erosion of the cervix was verified and the dynamics of the process of epithelization of the cervical erosion during treatment was investigated. The possibility of optimization of treatment methods for treating erosion of the cervix in women of fertile age with inflammatory diseases of the genital organs was investigated.
