Tactics of management of recipients with AB0-incompatible kidney transplantation in pre- and posttransplantation period, as well as an algorithm for the method of elimination of antigroup antibodies, which will improve the long-term results of kidney allotransplantation from AB0--incompatible family donor and donor kidney transplantation.
