Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The purpose of the first stage of the project is to develop algorithms for increasing the spatial resolution "by magnetic field" in the study of weak magnetic fields from the organs of biological objects at given points in the environment using SQUID magnetometric system. As part of the first stage of the project, new algorithms for interpolation of magnetic signals of the studied objects, algorithms for increasing noise immunity of the SQUID-sensor susceptometric system were developed; improved cryogenic and electronic tools of the magnetometric system; algorithms are developed and numerical simulation of system work is executed; the optimized design parameters of the antennas of the measuring unit and the distance between the measurement points are found; the technical tools of the system have been improved to increase its spatial resolution for the magnetic field. The correctness of the work of the SQUID-sensory system was checked during the pilot experimental studies of small animals and their organs together with specialists from the Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology.
