The morphological features of self-organized decay structures have been established, which makes it possible to obtain not only surface layers with a certain morphology, but also to increase the properties of a surface with a quasi-eutectic composite structure. The analysis of temperature dependences of simple metal melt structure parameters with BCC crystal lattice within the cluster model made it possible to determine the released surface energy of clusters, its dependence on cluster sizes and temperature, and to estimate the value of interatomic potential. The performed modeling of the spatial field of temperatures of the surface layer of metal in terms of energy action made it possible to formulate recommendations for optimizing the dynamics of the temperature field depending on the thickness of the treated metal layer. The study of the heterostructure on the basis of semiconductor quantum-dimensional structures of the A2B6 type made it possible to determine the dependences of the conductivity of CdSe-ZnTe films on the external magnetic field.
