Indicating features to ensure management decisions to increase labile and stable mechanisms of plant resistance to aerogenic and light contamination have been outlined. Diagnostic indicators are proposed to work out the algorithm for reclamation of land disrupted as a result of hostilities. Photosynthetic activity of plants under the conditions of constant lighting and the presence of pollutants has been analyzed, the biochemical composition of the leaves has been investigated, indicator signs for assessing plants' resistance and their adaptive capacity has been determined. Tree species, which are most suitable for rehabilitation, ionization and purification of airspace and soils of urbanocenoses, have been revealed. The effect of the spectral composition of the light of LED lamps on the productivity of plants and their resistance to stress factors was experimentally evaluated.
