This method is applied to the processing of continuous and discretized signals and the parametric identification of dynamic systems. The operational method used in this work is based on the polynomial approximation of signals, which is interpreted as a non-classical type of operational calculus. Through practical examples, a comparative analysis of the functional characteristics of different dynamic system control models, circuit-technical solutions of PID controllers, and architectural solutions of control systems for typical dynamic systems is conducted. Methods for modeling operational-type dynamic systems are developed, which provide algebraization of integro-differential equations of whole, fractional, and mixed orders of differential operators, simplifying the algorithms for managing technical systems. Computational experiments are performed in the software environment of Mathematica® and Matlab®, and can easily be transferred to other computer algebra software environments. The processes of electronic implementation of such models based on analog (analog-digital, i.e.hybrid) electronic-computer systems have been tested.
