The purpose of this research work is investigation of kinetical parameters formation of homogeneoas and heterogeneoas phases in Fe-Me-C-N systems, the peculiarities of its crystal structure and thermal stability. The peculiarities of diffusion processes and phase transformation in the course of nitriding of sentered powder iron alloyed by Ti, V, Al and Si wer studied by high temperature X-radiography at 773-873 K, microstructural and scleroscope analysis.
