Modern tendencies in the systems of authorizing and unified login have been studied, systems, suitable for creation of interorganizational associations of e-learning, have been selected. Modern decentralizing systems have been considered, in particular Shiboleth, OPENID and Windows Cardspaces and their compatibility with the popular web-based systems of electronic education, such as ILIAS, Moodle, egg and Blackboard.
