Further structural functionalization of the core scaffolds would be realized in their various positions. The next stage of the project would include the pharmacological screening of the synthesized compounds as their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities evaluation aimed at lead compounds identification. Ligand-based and receptor-based techniques would be implemented into the process of synthesized compounds virtual screening.
