Development of theoretical, methodological and applied questions of the formation of the national bibliography in the context of studying the heritage of Ukrainian culture and science, in particular, the literary and social activities of the outstanding Ukrainian writer Lesia Ukrainka, whose 150th birth anniversary will be celebrated at the state level in 2021 (the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the relevant Resolution); the creation of a source-study base for bibliographical ukraine, the introduction of documents, materials necessary for further scientific study and preservation of the cultural heritage of Ukraine into the scientific circulation and information space of the Ukrainian bibliography. The methodological basis of scientific work is general scientific methods of book science, bibliography, literary studies, source studies.
The organic part of the project is the electronic bibliographic resources of the literature on the life and work of Lesia Ukrainka, T. Shevchenko, the scientific elaboration of archival documents, periodicals (newspapers), funds of foreign ukraine.
