Development of software and hardware diagnostic complex aimed at increasing operational reliability and fuel efficiency of ship power plant elements by means of theoretical and experimental researches on the efficiency of application of resource and energy saving technologies and determination of current and forecasting of the technical condition of resource-determining parts and units of marine hydroelectric plants (SEU). The developed diagnostic complexes will reduce the cost of maintenance and repair of the components of the SEU, minimize the accident rate and rule out the human factor in making decisions in determining the current technical state of the units and parts of the SEU under the conditions of operation of the vessel.
